Our office is located at 1325 S. Kihei Road, Suite 217 in the Kihei Plaza Building. 

We are across the street from the Times Supermarket and in the same building as Akamai Coffee and Minit Medical.

We have a parking lot with free parking on site.

We are on the second floor.  Look for the sign that says Prism Behavioral Health.
